We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours after receiving complete payment by next day delivery service. So delivery of your items will be within 48 hours after placing your order.
We’ll charge £8 delivery costs for every order up to 20kg. This is a standard delivery rate and is to the UK Mainland only. If your order will be heavier an additional fee will be automatically added to your total delivery costs and will appear to your total amount if you go through checkout.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Isles, Aberdeenshire or Northern Ireland will be charged a higher delivery rate. Please contact us prior to payment for delivery costs.
Incorrect Postcodes
If you supply us with an incorrect postcode we cannot be held responsible for the delay on the delivery of your item. You will also incur additional delivery charges if you supply us with an incorrect postcode.
Information regarding delivery by couriers
Please ensure there will be someone available to sign for your item at the delivery address.
You can suggest a safe alternative where we can leave your parcel. However if a parcel is left without a signature it is no longer our responsibility. Should your parcel be stolen we are unable to replace your goods.
The courier will take the parcel back to their depot and leave a card to advise you of this.
They will automatically try to re-deliver the next day, however after two attempts they will hold it at the depot for you and you will need to collect it. If you would like them to re-deliver a third time there is a charge of £6.00 for them to do so.
Late Deliveries
As we rely on third parties we cannot guarantee these delivery times, because as
we all know from time to time things do go wrong that are completely out of our control.
We always advise that you order goods early to avoid any delivery problems. If a delivery has been attempted and you were not in to receive your parcel you will not be entitled to a refund.
Missing Goods
Whilst every care is taken when packing your items to ensure the correct items are received, please do check your parcel when the goods are delivered. We will only able to help customers with item shortages or incorrect items if we are notified within 2 working days of signature/receipt of the delivery. Please note we do reserve the right to substitute items if the item you have ordered is not in stock and we are unable to reach the customer to advise them of the substitution.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to arrange a replacement or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
